Framing Matters was established in 1994 by Dixie Finlayson, a woman with an eye for detail and emphasis on perfection. Over the years, the company has evolved from a mobile framing service to a fully staffed, custom framing workshop. We produce each job to your specifications. Framing Matters expertly manages projects for many of Auckland’s top galleries, interior designers, developers, ad agencies, and corporates.

From our convenient Parnell location, we can offer you a large choice of frames, expert advice, and creative ideas for all your projects. Whether it's a stunning photograph, a piece of art for your home or office, a run of 100 professional certificates, or posters that you are organizing for your clients, we will make your framing experience an enjoyable and easy one!

As one of our many points of difference, we have made a strong effort to be more environmentally sustainable. On site, we have full recycling for glass, cardboard, foam board, laminates, and bubble wrap. We actively reuse materials where possible. To keep our emissions at a minimum, we use a carbon neutral courier company for all of our deliveries.

Your custom framing is done in our open plan space where you can see what’s going on. Call in and see us for some ideas and an obligation free quote. The workshop is open Monday to Friday 8.30pm - 5pm and Saturdays 10am - 2pm. Parking is available in our loading bay or outside. We are not open public holidays.
